The hotel is conveniently located reasonably close to the Mall in one direction which is a good spot to find shops, restaurants and other facilities. the rooms are clean and comfortable with stunning views of the Doon valley. Service is decent and staff are friendly.
The bathroom facilities are a little dated and could use some renovations.

Best Experience. Exceptional place. Amazing food with room amenities. the location is perfect, Offering privacy and accessibility to the main road. the staff is hospitable and courteous, forming an instant rapport with guests. Beautiful plants all around, with ever-beautiful tulips in varied shades, adding to its beauty. the rooms have an old-world feel, offering an amazing view of the mountain range & city view. A home away from home that exceeds all expectations.
Disliked the lack of privacy on the garden area, which is used as a walkaway for all and sundry. the nursery could be much better with better attractions.

Old-world charm and great location
Stayed at a heritage hotel in the heart of the city during our city break. The hotel's old-world charm was undeniable, from the antique decor to the stunning views of the valley. The hotel's location was also a major plus, with everything we needed only a short walk away. The restaurant offered fresh and delicious meals, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
While the room was charming, the bathroom could have used some ventilation to prevent it from feeling a bit cramped and stuffy. some noise from outside could be heard through the thin walls, which was a bit of a drawback during the night.
